Oil is Cheaper!
Figures published by Sutherland today reveal that it is cheaper to heat your home in Northern Ireland with oil rather than natural gas. This news follows a general rise in all energy costs prompting an active interest by consumers in energy efficiency. David Blevings, of the Northern Ireland Oil Federation says: “The latest Sutherland figures demonstrate that oil is more responsive to the dynamics of the marketplace than natural gas and better value on an annual basis. With renewed market stability, oil is once again the best option for consumers looking for value and convenience. While there are competitive pressures from other sources of energy, 75% of Northern Ireland consumers who use oil will be able to enjoy these cost savings.”
